Tacroz Forte Ointment is using for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (eczema). So, Atopic dermatitis is a chronic (long-lasting) disease of the skin in which the surface becomes inflamed, making itchiness, redness, swelling, cracking, weeping, crusting, and scaling. So, The infection is causes activation of the immune system through the basis for the activation is unknown.
Tacrolimus ointment contains the immune arrangement and the inflammation by inhibiting an enzyme (calcineurin) crucial for the reproduction of T-cells, cells that are requiring for activation of the immune system.
