How is the branded pack different from the generic one?

Sildenafil is the non-branded, generic version of Viagra, Tadalafil is the generic version of Cialis, and Vardenafil is the non-branded version of Levitra. PDE5 is an enzyme that can cause blood vessels to tighten and become restrictive, letting less blood through them. When blood vessels at the base of the penis become tight, erectile problems develop, as blood needs to reach and fill the small muscles in the corpus cavernosum in the penis erection to occur.

By blocking the action of PDE5, these drugs enable blood to flow more freely into the penis, making it easier to achieve and keep an erection.

Are the treatments in the trial pack available over the counter?
